Welcome to THS&THT. These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any other policies referenced here, govern your access to and use of the THS&THT mobile application, website, services, features, communities, content, and related products.

For the purpose of these Terms, “THS&THT,” “This & That,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to THS&THT Technologies Pvt Ltd. “User,” “you,” and “your” refer to any person who accesses or uses our services.

By downloading, installing, registering for, accessing, browsing, posting on, or using THS&THT, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

You must not use THS&THT if:

• You are prohibited from using the service under applicable law.
• Your account was previously suspended or terminated for violating our rules.
• You are using the service on behalf of another person without authority.
• You are using the service to commit fraud, harassment, impersonation, abuse, illegal activity, or any activity prohibited under these Terms.

If we discover that an account was created or used in violation of these Terms, we may suspend or terminate the account without prior notice.

2. Nature of the Platform

THS&THT is a social/community platform where users may create profiles, post content, participate in communities, comment, reply, react, follow users or topics, share media, report content, and interact with other users.

THS&THT may include communities such as entertainment, memes, confessions, career, gaming, local discussions, or other user/community-driven spaces. Some features may allow anonymous or pseudonymous posting. Anonymous or pseudonymous posting does not mean that users can violate the law or these Terms.

THS&THT is an intermediary/platform for user-generated content. We do not endorse, verify, approve, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, reliability, safety, or quality of user-generated content posted by users.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, login credentials, devices, and any activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You must not:

• Create accounts using fake, stolen, misleading, or unauthorized information.
• Sell, rent, transfer, or share your account.
• Use bots, scripts, automation, scraping, fake engagement, or spam tools.
• Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions, bans, reporting limits, or moderation actions.
• Attempt to access another user’s account or private data.

We may require identity, email, phone, age, device, or other verification where necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.

4. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, post, comment, share, transmit, or otherwise make available on THS&THT, including text, images, videos, audio, memes, comments, replies, profile information, usernames, display names, bios, links, tags, and any other materials.

By posting content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have the necessary rights, licences, consents, and permissions to post it.
• Your content does not violate any law, third-party right, privacy right, intellectual property right, or these Terms.
• Your content is not misleading, harmful, abusive, illegal, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or exploitative.
• You understand that other users may view, report, share, react to, or respond to your content depending on your settings and platform features.

You retain ownership of your content. However, by posting content on THS&THT, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable licence to host, store, reproduce, process, moderate, display, adapt, publish, distribute, make available, and use your content only for operating, improving, securing, promoting, and providing the service.

This licence ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except where retention is necessary for backups, legal compliance, safety, moderation, law-enforcement requests, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or legitimate business operations.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

THS&THT has zero tolerance for objectionable, illegal, abusive, exploitative, or unsafe content. You must not upload, post, share, request, promote, encourage, or distribute content or engage in conduct that falls into any of the following categories.

5.1 Sexual, Pornographic, and Adult Content

THS&THT is not a pornographic platform, adult-content platform, escort platform, dating platform, sexual-services platform, or platform intended for sexual solicitation.

Users must not upload, post, share, request, promote, or distribute:

• Pornographic content.
• Sexually explicit content.
• Content intended primarily for sexual gratification.
• Sexual solicitation, escort services, prostitution-related content, paid sexual services, or transactional sexual activity.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Morphed, edited, AI-generated, or deepfake intimate images or videos.
• Content involving sexual exploitation, coercion, blackmail, sextortion, or revenge porn.
• Sexual content involving minors or appearing to involve minors.
• Sexualized content of children, students, school uniforms, or young-looking persons.
• Content that requests, trades, sells, leaks, or distributes private sexual material.
• Links, usernames, QR codes, groups, or redirects intended to facilitate prohibited sexual content or services.

If such content is detected or reported, we may remove it, restrict it, preserve relevant metadata, suspend or terminate the user account, and report the matter to law enforcement, cybercrime authorities, child-safety authorities, or other competent bodies where required or appropriate.

5.2 Child Safety

We have an absolute zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, child endangerment, or any content that sexualizes or harms minors.

Any content involving minors in a sexual, exploitative, abusive, nude, semi-nude, suggestive, or inappropriate context is strictly prohibited.

We may immediately remove such content, permanently ban the account, preserve logs and metadata, and report to relevant Indian or international authorities where required or appropriate.

5.3 Hate, Harassment, Bullying, and Abuse

You must not post or engage in:

• Hate speech.
• Targeted harassment.
• Bullying.
• Threats of violence.
• Dehumanizing or degrading content.
• Abuse based on religion, caste, race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, language, region, or protected characteristics.
• Coordinated harassment, brigading, dogpiling, or mob attacks.
• Encouragement of self-harm or harassment of vulnerable people.
• Content that encourages others to abuse, stalk, threaten, or intimidate a person or group.

5.4 Violence, Terrorism, and Public Safety

You must not post, promote, praise, instruct, or coordinate:

• Violence or threats of violence.
• Terrorism or extremist activity.
• Recruitment for extremist groups.
• Riots, mob violence, targeted attacks, or public disorder.
• Instructions for weapons, explosives, dangerous substances, or illegal harm.
• Graphic violence intended to shock, harass, or glorify harm.
• Content that creates real-world safety risks.

5.5 Illegal Activity

You must not use THS&THT to commit, promote, facilitate, or coordinate illegal activity, including:

• Fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, or financial deception.
• Sale or promotion of illegal drugs, narcotics, controlled substances, or illegal medication.
• Illegal gambling, betting, or money laundering.
• Sale of weapons, explosives, stolen goods, counterfeit goods, or restricted items.
• Cybercrime, hacking, credential theft, malware, spyware, or unauthorized access.
• Human trafficking, exploitation, coercion, or blackmail.
• Any activity prohibited under Indian law or applicable law.

5.6 Privacy Violations and Doxxing

You must not post or share another person’s private or sensitive information without consent, including:

• Phone numbers.
• Home addresses.
• Personal email addresses.
• Government IDs.
• Bank or payment details.
• Private photos or videos.
• Medical, sexual, financial, or family information.
• Workplace or school details shared to harass or endanger someone.
• Real identity behind an anonymous or pseudonymous account, unless the person has clearly made it public.

5.7 Defamation, False Claims, and Reputation Harm

You must not post false, misleading, defamatory, malicious, or unverified allegations against individuals, companies, institutions, communities, or public bodies.

If you make claims about a person, employer, company, product, institution, college, public official, or public event, you are responsible for ensuring that your claim is lawful, truthful, non-defamatory, and supported where necessary.

We may remove, restrict, or disable access to content that is reported as defamatory, misleading, illegal, or harmful, especially where it may create legal, safety, or reputational risk.

5.8 Spam, Manipulation, and Platform Abuse

You must not:

• Spam users or communities.
• Post repetitive, low-quality, misleading, or deceptive content.
• Manipulate likes, comments, views, votes, shares, follows, reports, or trends.
• Use bots, scripts, fake accounts, or automation.
• Sell engagement or accounts.
• Scrape, crawl, extract, or copy platform data without permission.
• Upload malware, malicious links, phishing links, or harmful code.
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, exploit, or attack our systems.

5.9 Intellectual Property Violations

You must not upload or share content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights.

If you believe your intellectual property has been violated, you may contact us with sufficient details to identify the content, prove ownership or authority, and request action.

6. Anonymous and Pseudonymous Posting

THS&THT may allow anonymous or pseudonymous posting in certain communities or features.

Anonymous posting means that your identity may not be publicly displayed to other users. It does not mean that your activity is exempt from moderation, safety review, legal compliance, or law-enforcement processes.

For safety, abuse prevention, platform integrity, moderation, legal compliance, and dispute resolution, we may internally retain and process account identifiers, user IDs, device information, IP addresses, timestamps, report history, moderation history, and related metadata connected to anonymous or pseudonymous content.

This internal information is not publicly displayed as part of anonymous posts, but it may be used by THS&THT to investigate violations, enforce these Terms, comply with lawful requests, or protect users and the platform.

Anonymous features must not be used for harassment, defamation, sexual content, threats, bullying, doxxing, blackmail, illegal activity, or abuse.

7. Content Moderation

We may use automated systems, manual review, user reports, keyword filters, image/video moderation, safety signals, community moderation, user-blocking tools, and other mechanisms to identify and reduce objectionable, harmful, illegal, or policy-violating content.

We may take any of the following actions at our discretion:

• Remove content.
• Restrict content visibility.
• Add warnings or labels.
• Disable comments or sharing.
• Lock, limit, suspend, or terminate accounts.
• Restrict access to features.
• Remove users from communities.
• Preserve content, logs, and metadata.
• Report matters to law enforcement or competent authorities.
• Take any action necessary to protect users, the public, or THS&THT.

We are not obligated to monitor all content before publication, but we reserve the right to review, moderate, or remove content at any time.

8. Reporting Objectionable Content

Users can report objectionable content, abusive users, illegal content, impersonation, harassment, intellectual property violations, or other violations through in-app reporting tools or by contacting us.

Reports may be submitted for posts, comments, replies, profiles, media, usernames, communities, messages, or any other user-generated content.

We aim to review reports of objectionable content promptly. For serious content involving sexual exploitation, child safety, threats, violence, or legal risk, we may prioritize urgent review and action.

Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent account suspension.

9. Blocking Users

Users may block abusive or unwanted users where the feature is available.

Blocking may limit visibility, interaction, direct contact, comments, replies, profile access, or other interactions between users, depending on product functionality.

Blocking does not prevent THS&THT from reviewing reports, enforcing policies, preserving records, or complying with legal obligations.

10. Grievance Redressal for India

For users in India, we maintain a grievance redressal mechanism for complaints relating to content, accounts, privacy, safety, intellectual property, and legal concerns.

Complaints should include:

• Your full name and contact details.
• A clear description of the issue.
• The URL, post ID, username, screenshot, or other identifier of the content/account involved.
• The legal or policy basis of the complaint, where applicable.
• Any supporting documents or evidence.
• A declaration that the information provided is accurate.

We may acknowledge complaints within the timeline required by applicable Indian law and aim to resolve them within the applicable legal timeframe, subject to the nature of the complaint, completeness of information, legal requirements, and operational constraints.

For urgent safety issues, child safety, sexual exploitation, threats of violence, or law-enforcement matters, users should also contact local police, cybercrime authorities, or emergency services.

11. Law Enforcement and Legal Requests

We may preserve, access, use, disclose, or share user information, content, account details, logs, device identifiers, IP addresses, timestamps, reports, moderation records, and related metadata when we believe it is necessary or appropriate to:

• Comply with applicable law.
• Respond to court orders, government directions, police requests, cybercrime requests, regulatory requests, or legal process.
• Cooperate with FIRs, investigations, or enforcement actions.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, spam, illegal activity, security threats, or harm.
• Protect the safety, rights, property, or security of users, the public, THS&THT, or third parties.
• Enforce these Terms.

We may preserve relevant information after receiving a legal request, complaint, report, or notice, even if the related content or account is deleted by the user.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You violate our Community Guidelines or Privacy Policy.
• Your account is involved in illegal, harmful, abusive, or suspicious activity.
• We are required to do so by law, court order, government direction, or law-enforcement request.
• Your activity creates risk for users, the public, third parties, or THS&THT.
• You repeatedly receive valid reports or enforcement actions.

Termination may result in loss of access to your account, content, followers, communities, data, and features.

We may retain certain data after suspension or termination where necessary for safety, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, platform security, or legitimate business purposes.

13. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account through the app, website, or by contacting us.

When your account is deleted, we may delete, anonymize, or restrict access to your account information and associated personal data, subject to technical limitations and legal requirements.

Some information may be retained where necessary for:

• Legal compliance.
• Law-enforcement requests.
• Safety investigations.
• Fraud and abuse prevention.
• Dispute resolution.
• Security logs.
• Backup systems.
• Enforcement of our Terms.

Public content, comments, replies, reactions, reports, anonymous posts, or interactions may be deleted, anonymized, retained, or disconnected from your public profile depending on the product feature, legal requirements, and safety needs.

14. Intellectual Property of THS&THT

All rights, title, and interest in THS&THT, including the app, website, software, design, logo, trademarks, graphics, code, databases, features, systems, and brand elements, belong to THS&THT Technologies Pvt Ltd or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, exploit, or create derivative works based on THS&THT without our written permission.

15. Licence to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, access, and use THS&THT for personal, lawful, non-commercial use.

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Modify or create derivative versions of the app.
• Use the app for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Interfere with security, moderation, rate limits, or platform integrity.
• Use the app in a way that damages, disables, or overloads our systems.

16. Third-Party Services

THS&THT may use third-party services for authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, moderation, security, payments, content delivery, or other functionality.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

17. No Warranty

THS&THT is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• The service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Content will always be accurate, safe, lawful, or reliable.
• All objectionable content will be detected before it is viewed.
• User-generated content will meet your expectations.
• Bugs, delays, outages, or data loss will never occur.

You use THS&THT at your own risk.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, THS&THT Technologies Pvt Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunity, reputation, or other intangible losses.

We are not liable for user-generated content posted by users, provided we act in accordance with applicable law and our moderation obligations.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

19. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless THS&THT Technologies Pvt Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of THS&THT.
• Your content.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable law.
• Your violation of third-party rights.
• Your misuse of anonymous or community features.
• Any legal claim, complaint, FIR, notice, or dispute arising from content or conduct attributable to your account.

20. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or remove any part of THS&THT at any time, including features, communities, accounts, content, moderation tools, or availability.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of THS&THT after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, courts located in [Insert City, India] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, THS&THT, or your use of the service.
